Access to IAMP online events, webinars, meetings, and virtual programs is limited to:

  • Registered IAMP members
  • Approved invited guests
  • Official partners, hosts, and board members
  • Unregistered individuals will not be granted access to IAMP online platforms or sessions.

Guest Registration & Fees

Non-members may be permitted to attend selected IAMP online events as guests, subject to prior registration.

  • A standard guest participation fee of USD 15 may apply
  • Fees may be adjusted or waived depending on the nature, scope, or purpose of the event
  • Event organizers reserve the right to approve or decline guest participation

Identity Verification

To ensure professionalism and security, all participants may be required to verify their identity prior to joining IAMP online activities.

Accepted verification documents may include:

  • Passport
  • National ID card
  • Driver’s license
  • Verified corporate or institutional credentials
  • Failure to provide valid identification may result in denied access.

Student Participation

Students and early-career professionals are welcome to participate in IAMP activities under the following conditions:

  • Pre-registration as a guest or active member
  • Compliance with professional conduct and online etiquette
  • Adherence to IAMP rules and guidelines
  • IAMP reserves the right to restrict access in cases of inappropriate conduct or policy violations.

Media Release & Consent

By participating in any IAMP online session or event, participants grant consent to be:

  • Photographed
  • Audio or video recorded
  • Included in promotional, educational, or archival materials
  • Such materials may be used by IAMP for official communication, reporting, or promotional purposes.
